To expedite the process, include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item.
We'll replace the item upon verification. Reports made after 36 hours won't be eligible for replacement.
Note: In case of size exchange please be aware that shipping charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
We do not provide exchange for international orders.
