Love it or Exchange it!

We are thrilled to introduce you to Imsoo, and we are confident you will adore it!
We take pride in our products and do thorough quality checks before dispatching them to ensure they meet high quality standards. Please note that all sales are final, and WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
However, if you've received the wrong size, we'd be delighted to exchange it for the correct one. Just let us know, and we'll take care of the rest!
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us at hello@studioimsoo.com within 36 hours of delivery. To expedite the process, include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item.
We'll replace the item upon verification. Reports made after 36 hours won't be eligible for replacement.
Note: In case of size exchange please be aware that shipping charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
We do not provide exchange for international orders.

Order Processing and Shipping

Once your order is placed, we require 7 business days to process and dispatch your order. Please check your order confirmation email for frequent updates on your order status.

 Domestic Shipping 

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping within India. Once your order is dispatched, it will take 7-10 business days to arrive at your doorstep. We have carefully selected our shipping partners for their reputation for prompt and reliable services. However, despite our best efforts, occasional delays may occur, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience during this time. 

International Shipping

We ship our products worldwide, but please note that timelines and rates will vary depending on your location. 

An additional shipping fee will be charged for international shipping, which will be visible and added at checkout.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, international shipping takes 10-12 business days via DHL Express. Please be aware that additional taxes, custom duties, or VAT may be applicable, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand the applicable charges before placing your order.

If you are unable to pay these charges at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be cancelled or refunded. We are not liable for any delays or issues with shipments once they have been dispatched from our headquarters, and any concerns should be directed to the courier company.
